Two Cup Measuring Bowls

Stop buying liquid measuring cups that lose their markings with every use and wash. We're on the hunt for gear that is sustainable and built to last; this is absolutely a step in the right direction. The embossed ribs with embossed labels were a popular style in the 1950's; especially for 2 tablespoon shot glasses. The test kitchen searched high and low and FINALLY found a comparable design for larger volume.

• Disclosure : Excels in the "up to 1.5 cup" range when pouring precision is required after measuring. Without a spout or handle, this set struggled as you got closer to two cups. It's a step in the right direction away from the planned obsolescence of its more well-known red print counterpart, but we'll be continuing to look for options that are well built and intended to last in this space.

How we use them :
Stocks, grains, chopped vegetables, and mise en place.
