Thank you for shopping with Bulldogs in the Kitchen. Every order is carefully packed with attention and care, especially our vintage and fragile pieces. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping transit time

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

  • During launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to contact you using the email provided at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size, weight, destination, and fragility of the order.

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

At this time, we may limit shipping availability for certain oversized, delicate, or unusually fragile items.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times are outside of our control. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances may occur.

Vintage & Fragile Items

Many items sold by Bulldogs in the Kitchen are vintage, delicate, heavy, handmade, or one-of-a-kind.

We take extensive care in packaging these items safely, including the use of protective materials and reinforced packing methods when appropriate. However, because vintage and fragile items can be inherently delicate, absolute protection against shipping damage cannot always be guaranteed.

We strongly encourage customers to inspect packages promptly upon delivery.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Bulldogs in the Kitchen is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Delivery errors caused by incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Damage occurring after delivery

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@bulldogsinthekitchen.com.

To help us assist with a claim, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging materials

  • Photos of the shipping box and label

Please retain all original packaging materials whenever possible, as carriers may require them during the claims process.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Please check with neighbors or household members

  • Verify the shipping address used at checkout

  • Contact the carrier directly for additional delivery information

Unfortunately, Bulldogs in the Kitchen cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Address Changes & Order Corrections

We begin processing orders quickly and cannot guarantee address changes or order modifications after an order has been placed.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before shipment.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Bulldogs in the Kitchen is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
